Marcie Lee Thomas, M.S.
Ms. Thomas received her Masters degree in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and has over 25 years experience in providing health care education, counseling, and human capital management services. In addition to serving on faculty for UCSF and several community colleges, Ms. Thomas also worked with public and private agencies, businesses and professional organizations in education, training, and the Risk Management practices of mitigation through program and policy applications.
Ms. Thomas has ten years experience in Human Capital Management services, including serving as an Account Executive for OCI with self-insured employers in the retail, wholesale and telecommunications industries. She has provided education and consultation services in Human Capital Management concepts and strategies to all levels of management, to collective bargaining representatives, and to employees.
Ms. Thomas lives in the Los Angeles area and is a Principal Consultant in the HCMS Group.
