Shawn H. Petrini, R.N., M.S.N.
Ms. Petrini functions as President of Clinical Prevention Information Services. She is also currently the Director of Human Capital Risk Management at HCMS. These two companies, plus the Health As Human Capital Foundation comprise the HCMS Group.
She received a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has over 30 years experience in providing nursing and human capital management consulting. Her clinical background notably includes the delivery of clinical prevention services while directing the Options & Choices, Inc (OCI) personal and occupational health consulting service. She has also provided clinical nurse specialist services in hospital, rehabilitation and community settings.
In addition to this clinical experience, Ms. Petrini has twenty years of experience in Human Capital Risk Management research and consultation services with OCI and HCMS. Her extensive experiences include program and policy development, implementation and evaluation, decision support, and large-employer account management with a focus on health and human performance outcomes.
